Hayat Hamdan brings over five years of professional experience to the Audit practice, specializing in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. Her expertise spans construction industry accounting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and job-cost accounting. Hayat has worked extensively with construction-related companies, veterinary clinics, and equipment rental entities, providing services that include contract schedules, job gain/fade analyses, AP/AR testing, internal control walkthroughs, and financial statement preparation.
In addition to her technical skills, Hayat is experienced in staff coordination, workflow management, and training team members across multiple engagements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of West Florida and is a CPA candidate.
Outside of work, Hayat enjoys Pilates, cooking, and traveling with friends and family. Her personal motto is: “Work smart, stay honest, and keep it moving.” A fun fact about Hayat—she speaks Portuguese!
