Jacob has over two years of experience in accounting and focuses on preparing individual and entity tax returns. He enjoys tax planning and building client relationships. Before joining the tax team, Jacob worked in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and completed a tax internship. He earned his Associate of Arts degree from the University of West Florida and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s in accounting, with plans to sit for the CPA exam.
Jacob has volunteered with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Environmental Protection. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing and spontaneous adventures and looks forward to spending more time on the water this summer. His favorite quote is: “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.” – William Arthur Ward. Fun fact: Jacob’s career in tax began after a chance meeting while working in groundskeeping during college.
