Bailee Merkel is a Senior in the firm’s Tax practice, bringing four years of professional experience to Miller CPAs and Advisors. Before joining the firm, she spent four years at a regional firm, where she built a strong foundation in tax services and client support. Bailee holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University and is a licensed CPA. She focuses on providing high quality tax services to individuals and businesses, helping clients navigate complex requirements with clarity and confidence.
Committed to both her community and her profession, Bailee is involved with Pensacola Young Professionals and serves as the 2025–2026 Treasurer Elect for the Junior League of Pensacola. Outside of the office, she loves spending time at the beach with friends, hanging out with her dog Finn, and watching Ohio State football. Proud dog mom and self-proclaimed owner of “the cutest dog in the world,” Bailee brings enthusiasm, care, and a client centered mindset to everything she does.
